• Sign register at ATSF staging on departure.
• Depart ATSF staging at 12:20pm.
• Make a 10 minute stop at each station to drop off and pick up mail and express.
• Speed limit is 40 mph.
• Terminate at the Pekin passenger station.
• Sign register at East Yard on arrival.
